Read With Formatting

Hi Everyone,
I need to send email whit japanese characters using a perl program,but I'm not able!!!
I find the module MIME::Lite::TT::Japanese but It is not clear.
I'm working on Windows 2000 server os.
Do you have perl code to use like example?
