Im at a point where I need to get a better handle on programming Right now I have some White Papers on Python, and working on learning PHP. But It seems like I lack the skill of understanding programming itself. I always get confused with Arrays, Constructs, Functions, etc.

I dont know if this site is geared toward folks like me who are just starting out in this area of computing, but hopefully there will be some post on basic stuff, maybe some articles, tutorials, tips, etc. that can help a newbie out... like myself.
